What time is it possible to check in and check out?
Check-in is allowed from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and check-out is by 10 a.m. In case of need you can leave your luggage at the reception desk until the time of your departure.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
During the high season only stays of 7 nights are allowed with arrival and departure on Saturdays only.
Can I bring my pet?
Small pets are allowed upon prior request and acceptance by us. All young guests are not allowed to stand alone in the common areas and are not allowed to enter the pool area. A surcharge of € 50 is required, regardless of the period, for sanitizing the premises, to be paid on site.
What do the rates include?
Rates are per day and include the use of:
- reserved parking space in the garage
- Common facilities (swimming pools, jacuzzi, gymnasium, bicycles and play area)
- Wi-Fi connection throughout the area and energy consumption
- full linen supply
Deposit: 150.00 € in cash or by credit card on arrival which will be returned on departure, unless damage is attributable to the client.
Additional change of linen:
- complete € 25
- only bathroom-kitchen € 15
Final cleaning apartments in the Residence :
- two-room apartment € 80
- three-room apartment € 100
Final cleaning of apartments in Old Town:
- three-room apartment € 100
- five-room apartment € 120

What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 15 days from the date of arrival; after this deadline the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Is it easy to reach supermarkets, stores and services?
Stores, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, and supermarkets are all within a few dozen meters of the Residence.
