The Sup (Stand Up Paddle) is a “departing” of the typical surf and is native to Hawaii. Unlike the traditional surf, where you sit until a wave arrives and then get up during the push, with the Sup you are standing upright from the beginning and using a paddle to orient yourself and travel in the water.
This practice, combined with Yoga, creates an explosive mix to tone the mind and body. Ideal for children and adults, it is very popular on the shores of Lake Como, especially in Domaso, thanks to its effectiveness and fun.
