The animal movement is based on the concept already present for centuries in various forms throughout the world. Animals have always been imitated for their extraordinary ability to move and survive in wild places. The Shaolin monks imitated the behaviors of the animals in order to blend perfectly with the surrounding environment. The daily life of our days obliges us to spend a lot of time sitting and this does not make us fully aware of our body bringing pain and discomfort. This practice allows us to become aware not only of ourselves but also of the surrounding environment. During training we literally go from one “animal” to another with the form specific stretches, movements that have to do with yoga and stretching. It is inspired by all the disciplines that allow to improve flexibility and muscle tone, developing intensity and dynamism.
Everyone can practice it with intensity appropriate to the type of person. With the animal flow you can train strength, stability, power, mobility, flexibility and endurance at the same time. Each previously possessed ability allows one to develop the other in harmony and completeness. This functional training allows a series of possibly infinite and each time different combinations. It is not a closed method, every workout is free to focus on one or more characteristics to be developed. It can also be integrated into other training methods such as cross-training. Anyone can adopt the method integrating music or choreography, forming intense workouts that varying time and repetitions, offer infinite levels. Excellent especially for children, who from 3 years up, allows you to make the movement feel instinctively.
