What time can I check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15.00 to 20.00 and check-out is from 8.00 to 10.00. If you need toyou can always leave your luggage by us until the time of your departure.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 2 days except in July and August, during these two months the minimum stay is of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only on Saturday.

What do the fees include? Do I have to pay a deposit?

Rates are per day and include the use of shared facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym,  bicycles, film library and games room), parking, Wi-Fi internet connection, electricity, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens with a weekly change and final cleaning.

A 30% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of the reservation by credit card or bank transfer.

Additional change of linen: Full €25.00, €15.00 bathroom and kitchen only.

Deposit: €150.00 in cash on arrival - to be returned upon departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

Possibility to cancel up to 7 days before arrival without any penalty. for cancellations or no shows within the last 7 days the full amount of the trip will be charged: 100%..

Does the residence have Internet connection?

Yes, the hotel offers an ADSL wireless connection in the whole area.

Is It easy to get to supermarkets and shops?

Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a few meters from the Residence.
