Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, quiet but not far away from restaurants and shops. New and nice apartments with good space and facilities. Good information about hiking and other activities at the hotel. Gym, sauna, pool... We had some problems finding the hotel, coming with car from Milan, but sorted it out with a phone call to the reception. We would definitley choose this hotel again if we come back to the area around Lake Como. (Venere, Lotta Linnea)
